Hamrolink ltd newly introduce Online social networking site looking for Following significant investment in our Retail and Online businesses we are actively recruiting an Online Advertising Manager. Reporting to the Head of Online Services the role is responsible for planning, investing and evaluating the online advertising budget to the best commercial effect. This includes management of key messages, copy and creative solutions through to live placement and evaluation.

Key accountabilities

•Management of activity associated with the brand online media / advertising budget outlined in the brand plans
•Working with internal and external stakeholders, take responsibility for planning and executing all online media activity and ensure full command of media spend ROI performance
•Day to day management of preferred online media agency
•Deliver clear, concise and reliable reporting on media effectiveness to all stakeholders
•Working with online services content management colleagues to ensure the tracking and tagging of activity is robust across all online channels, including the affiliate network
•Conduct regular media audits of the supplier base
•Close coordination with the SEO Manager, SE Copywriter and Online PR Manager to ensure Display and PPC strategies have optimised visibility at all times
Candidate Requirements
Essential / Desirable knowledge, skills and experience

•Proven track record of optimising online advertising return on investment
•Excellent communication skills – able to construct a clear brief on requirements and translate that to an agency to ensure great response
•Extensive knowledge of digital marketing – PPC, Display Banner advertising and SEO
•Experience in developing and executing digital media plans supported by strong creative executions
•Proven track record of managing and auditing digital media and marketing agencies
•Strong organisational skills and experience of balancing multiple projects at the same time
•Evidence of strong people and project management skills
•Ability to develop strong working relationships with internal and external service providers
•Evidence of a strategic / commercial customer focussed background
•An interest in the gambling sector is advantageous but the potential to be passionate about the product and experience is a necessity
The role is based at our Woking office which is a 10 minute walk from Woking Kathamndu Gangabu bus park.

Affiliate Manager

This Affiliate Manager position will give you total accountability for the affiliate implementation and execution for the business and the opportunity to develop your own team. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

You have to work with affiliate and price comparison programmes.

  •   Identify and sign up new affiliates in line with our strategy and budget. Set up, maintain and optimise feeds and commission structures.
  • Develop standalone incentives for targeted affiliates and partners to maximise performance.
  • With the brand Online Marketing Managers, provide briefs for landing pages, banners and other promotional materials for use in-channel.
  • Action price comparison activity as directed by the Traffic Manager
  • Review price comparison websites and work with the Traffic Manager and Group Purchasing Departmentt to negotiate agreements.
  • Daily review price comparison performance and feed optimisation and make recommendations to improve return on investment in conjunction with the trading teams.
The Candidate should have these minimum capacity !
  1. An understanding of online marketing techniques to include affiliation and / or price comparison best practice.
  2.  Commercial awareness to inform tactical promotions and commission structures.
  3.  Management skills for multi-tasks and prioritise daily tasks working to deadlines and under pressure without compromising on quality.
  4.  Highly analytical and detail oriented. • We are happy to accept applications from both client side and agency side.
